You can manage your F1 TV account through our website. You need to login, click your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen and the select ‘Manage Account’.
Updating a DOB
You can change your D.O.B by following these simple steps:
- Head to the F1 TV website here .
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’.
- Scroll down to Personal information.
- Select edit and update your details.

You can change your e-mail address by following these steps:

- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’.
- Scroll down to Personal information.

Changing a name
You can update your name by following these steps:
- Head to the F1 TV website here.
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Scroll down to Personal information.

Managing devices
To add a device to you F1 TV account
To remove a device from your F1 TV account
- Simply login to your account using your specified device, select a piece of content and press play. Your device will be registered.
- Head to the F1 TV website here.
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘My Subscriptions’
- Scroll down to ‘Devices’ and select Edit.
- Select ‘Remove Device’
Re-set or change a password
You can re-set your password by following these simple steps
- Click on Forgotten Password
- Enter your e-mail address associated with your F1 TV account
- Select Reset Password
- Click the password reset email link
- Set your new password. Passwords must contain an upper and lower-case character, a number, a special character and must be between 8-30 characters long.

Pausing a subscription
If you have an F1 TV subscription bought directly through F1, you can pause your subscription at any time by following the steps below.
If you have bought a subscription through a third party, you can pause your subscription by following any of the steps below:
- Head to the F1 TV website here.
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘My Subscriptions’
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ link located under your next payment date.
- Select a reason for Cancellation and click ‘Yes, Cancel’.
If you have bought a subscription through a third party, you can pause your subscription by following any of the steps below:

Upgrading a subscription
If you have purchased a subscription directly through F1 and wish to upgrade your subscription, you can do so by following these steps:
- Head to the F1 TV website here.
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘My Subscriptions’
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ link located under your next payment date.
- Select a reason for Cancellation and click ‘Yes, Cancel’.
- Select ‘Upgrade’ and then complete the appropriate upgrade journey.

Downgrading a subscription
If you have purchased a subscription directly through F1 and wish to downgrade your subscription. You can do so by following the steps below:
- Head to the F1 TV website here .
- Sign in with your e-mail address and Password.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Manage Account’
- Select ‘My Subscriptions’
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ link located under your next payment date.
- Select a reason for Cancellation and click ‘Yes, Cancel’.
- Head back to F1TV.formula1com and select subscribe.
If you have bought a subscription through a third party, and wish to downgrade your subscription you can do so by following any of the steps below:

Once you have cancelled the current subscription, you can now buy a subscription again that you wanted by purchasing using the F1 App or F1 TV App:
