You may have bought an incorrect subscription, or your subscription hasn’t yet appeared in our systems.
You may have bought an incorrect subscription and some content may be locked as a result. You can find out if F1 TV is available in your location here. You should also check you have received your order confirmation. In some circumstances a payment may have been unsuccessful, we recommended checking your bank statement.
If you have just purchased a subscription or recently renewed via an app store, you’ll need to follow these steps:
- Identify which app you made your original purchase (Formula 1 app or F1 TV App), if you are not sure you can check the app store receipt you received at the time.
- Login to the app where you made you original purchase.
- Click Menu > Restore Purchase
In some circumstances there may be a problem with your third-party account, for example, an issue with your payment card. We recommend checking, fixing, and then attempting these steps again.
