During the sign in process, you may get an error when attempting to login.
If you receive the message ‘Something went wrong’. Please contact customer services who will support you with your issue.
You may also receive these error messages:
- There was a problem with your password or email address. Please check your details and try again
- It appears you are experiencing difficulties with signing into your account. Click here to reset your password.
If you receive these error messages, please follow these steps:
- Click on Forgotten Password
- Enter your e-mail address associated with your F1 TV account
- Select Reset Password
You will be sent a reset password email to the email address registered to your account. The email can take up to five minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam folder.
- Click the password reset email link
- Set your new password. Passwords must contain an upper and lower-case character, a number, a special character and must be between 8-30 characters long.
- Re-enter your password and select submit
During the password re-set process, you may the following error
- Sorry, there’s a problem. We found an issue with your password reset link. Please try again
If this happens, please go through the password reset process again
- Select ‘Back to Password Reset’
- Click on Forgotten Password
- Enter your e-mail address associated with your F1 TV account
- Select Reset Password
You will be sent a reset password email to the email address registered to your account. The email can take up to five minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam folder.
- Click the password reset email link
- Set your new password. Passwords must contain an upper and lower-case character, a number, a special character and must be between 8-30 characters long.
If you receive the following error messages
- There was an issue resetting your password. Please try again.
- There is a technical issue with the password reset process. Please contact F1 Customer Support
